We want you to love your scent. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused or lightly sampled items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely package the bottle in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
